We have 2 primary types of Maintenance Agreements
available. They are the ESP and the EESP.
The ESP is primarily for the residential or light commercial client.
It provides you with 2 visits per year as well as some other great
benefits.
The EESP is primarily for the light to heavy commercial client (although
we have had residential clients on this program). It provides you
with more than 2 visits per year plus additional benefits.
Below is a list of the benefits for each of these 2 programs. You
will also find a link to the ESP program which allows you to fill
out the ESP form on-line and send it to us electronically. Once we
receive it we will contact you and arrange for your first visit. Payment
for the ESP program is handled during that visit.
EESP program clients are typically charged on a per visit basis to
better enable amortized budgeting for our commercial clients.
EESP programs are tailored specifically for the individual client.
