WORK TO BE PERFORMED
Extrordin-Air agrees
to provide to the plan holder; *2 Comprehensive Scientific Maintenance
tune-ups as outlined in our manufacturers recommended maintenance
checklists. These tune-ups will be scheduled at your convenience
at intervals of approximately six months on the air conditioning
and heating equipment registered below.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS & CONDITIONS
FREE DIAGNOSTIC CALLS
No diagnostic fee for breakdowns during normal working
hours.
PREFERENTIAL SERVICE
We will provide emergency service to you 24 hours
a day before non-agreement customers.
DISCOUNT
Extrordin-Air will provide a 20% discount on all repairs.
In the event after hour work is required, you will not be charged
overtime rates.
NEW UNITS
5% Discount on unit replacement.
AIR CLEANERS & HUMIDIFIERS
If you selected this option, the following is included:
Electronic or electrostatic air cleaners: Collector cells will be
washed out at each of your visits. High efficiency media: replacement
media will be provided & installed. Humidifiers: Evaporative
pad will be provided and replaced, unit washed out and operation
tested.
REPAIRS
Any repairs required will be brought to your attention
and a firm quote will be given for your approval. Extrordin-Air
shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to
discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, removal or
containment of hazardous materials, or as consequence of any performance
under this agreement, acts of God, purposeful or accidental damage.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
Extrordin-Air will extend
the warranty on all paid for repairs performed by us after acceptance
of this agreement to a length of 5 years from the date the work
is performed. This extended warranty does not cover normal wear
& tear or regular maintenance items like filters, belts, cooler
pads, etc... This extended warranty expires upon cancellation or
non renewal of this agreement.
PARTS
This agreement does not include any parts or materials
except maintenance materials such as lubrication/cleaning supplies
necessary to perform the required maintenance.
TERMS
This agreement is payable in advance and is renewable
at your option each anniversary date. A renewal letter will be mailed
to you approximately 30 days prior to expiration for your approval.
Extrordin-Air reserves the right to cancel this agreement immediately
in the event of any delinquency in payment or refusal to perform
required repairs.
NORMAL WORKING HOURS
The 2 tune-ups provided by this agreement will be
scheduled during regular working hours, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, except holidays.
